08:00 am Said Mass (traditional language) This reflective service uses the beautiful language of the 1662 Book of Common Prayer and lasts approximately 45 minutes. There is a short sermon and plenty of contemplative space to recharge.
9:30 am Children’s Service (2nd Sunday of the month) A 30 minute service for young children. It includes songs and a very visual bible story. Then a shared, kid-friendly, breakfast follows afterwards.
10:30 am Sung Mass (with children’s ministries) The main service of the day combines transcendent music, beautiful ceremonial and accessible preaching. The Mass lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. St Barnabas is a family friendly church and tries to make a special place for our younger worshippers through the provision of a toddler corner in the church and play area in the hall, Children’s Church (3 – 6 year olds), Young Church 1 (7 – 11 year olds) and Young Church 2 (year 7 upwards).
