Pilgrim Course: The Eucharist
The Eucharist
This course explores in greater depth how Christians know and worship God. Its five sessions reveal the reasons why The Eucharist is celebrated as a memorial of Christ’s saving passion and stands at the very heart of Christian worship. We meet from 9 am – 10 am in the large hall. Sunday 10 May to Sunday 7 June.
What is Pilgrim?
The word ‘pilgrim’ describes someone on a quest to encounter the sacred dimension of life. There are many ways to make a pilgrimage. That means no fixed directions and hopefully the odd signpost along the way. Every pilgrim undertakes their journey at a pace which works for them. In keeping with this spirit, the Pilgrim series is aimed at helping people explore Christianity through participation in a pattern of contemplation and discussion with a group of fellow travellers. Atheist; life-long Christian; agnostic; believer in the greater good or just a curious human being. Anyone is welcome at Pilgrim.
