Welcome to the website of St Barnabas Church, Pitshanger Lane, Ealing.

We are a Christian community that seek to:

– proclaim the life-changing love of God – Father, Son and Holy Spirit
–
worship God in the beauty of word and sacrament
–
joyfully serve the community around Pitshanger Lane

We would be delighted to hear from you or to welcome you to one of our services.

Sundays

8am Said Mass (traditional language)
This reflective service uses the beautiful language of the 1662 Book of Common Prayer and lasts approximately 45 minutes. There is a short sermon and plenty of contemplative space to recharge.

9.30am Children’s Service (3rd Sunday of the month)
A 30 minute service for young children. It includes songs and a very visual bible story. Then a shared, kid-friendly, breakfast follows afterwards.

10.30am Sung Mass (with children’s ministries)
The main service of the day combines transcendent music, beautiful ceremonial and accessible preaching. The Mass lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes and includes ministries right from toddlers to teens.

10.30am All Age Mass (1st Sunday of the month)
This is a truly “shh-free” form of Eucharistic worship that is open to all ages, but particularly suitable for families. Music is led by our new Community Gospel Choir.

5pm Choral Evensong & Benediction (1st Sunday of the month)
A beautiful service of evening prayer combining sung psalms, canticles and hymns.
